FODMAP-Friendly Foods: growing big

Low fodmap diet

FODMAPs are types of carbohydrates (sugars) that can cause digestive problems in people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which affects 1 in 7 people worldwide. For all these people and many more who are undiagnosed, a low-FODMAP diet can significantly reduce digestive troubles such as diarrhea and bloating.

Pioneered by Monash University, a low-FODMAP diet has been gaining acceptance among health professionals and IBS sufferers and is set to grow in popularity being as important as gluten-free diet. Monash University is the certified body that provides testing and certification of low-FODMAP products in Australia.

Six of Lemon Leaf products are already Monash Low-FODMAP Certified and there are four more products currently being tested. As a company backed by research, Lemon Leaf is built to provide products that assist IBS sufferers and is also gut-friendly that can be enjoyed by everyone.
